PLEASE READ OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE MAKING YOUR RESERVATION. A VALID CREDIT CARD IS REQUIRED TO GUARANTEE A RESERVATION. THIS GUARANTEE MAY BE MADE CONFIDENTIALLY BY SECURE SERVER AT THE TIME OF MAKING A RESERVATION OR BY SENDING LIN UBUD A CREDIT CARD GUARANTEE VIA FAX.
CREDIT CARD DETAILS HELD BY LIN UBUD WILL ONLY BE DEBITED IN THE EVENT OF LATE CANCELLATIONS, NO-SHOWS AND TO SECURE A BOOKING WITH A ONE NIGHT’S DEPOSIT.
- Rates are inclusive of 21% government tax and service charge.
- Surcharge is applicable for certain periods.
- Check in time is 14:00 hours and check out time is 12:00 noon.
- All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card.
- Deposits or credit card guarantee is required to confirm a reservation.
- Low Season periods are 6th January – 14th July ; 1st September – 22nd December.
- High Season periods are 16th July – 31st August and 23rd December – 5th January
- In the event of cancellation less than 7 days (in Low Season) and 21 days (in High Season) prior to arrival date, the reservation will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent of 50% of the reservation.
- “No Shows” will be subject to a 100 % cancellation fee equivalent to the full charges for the total booking.
- “Early Departures”, will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to full charges for the total booking
PLEASE NOTE THAT GUARANTEE PAYMENTS BY TRAVELLER’S CHEQUES OR PERSONAL CHEQUES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
